Hydraulic Press Machine for Cold Extrusion

Hydraulic press machine (for cold extrusion) work on cold metal blanks to form the required shape by striking a slug. The striking is done with a punch, in a closed cavity, forcing the metal blank in the upward direction around the punch.

Hydraulic Press Machine for Warm Extrusion

Warm extrusion is the process of heating the blank to an appropriate temperature below the recrystallization temperature. Heating decreases the deformation resistance of the blank, making it easy to form the required shape.

Stamping molding refers to the process and molding method of obtaining the workpiece (stamping part) and the required shape and size by applying the external force to the plate, strip, or pipe and profile by the hydraulic press on the mold.
